THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. This role focuses on driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge in low voltage paging, intercom, sound, and security, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships to support long-term success. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotes and/or contracts for potential clients. Work closely with internal teams and departments to ensure successful project execution. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings, as required. QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Comfortable using CRM tools and business development software. A valid driver’s license is required for travel to site or client meetings. KEY COMPETENCIES Previous experience in a technical sales or business development role in electronics. Knowledge of electrical or electronics systems, components, and solutions. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of sales processes and lead generation techniques. Experience working with construction, architecture, or technology sectors is a plus.
