Territory : Develop the international market Workplace : 100% at the office located on the North Shore of Montreal Products/Services : Consumer goods (Toys) Salary :Base of $70,000 to $80,000 Commissions/Bonus : $20,000 Car allowance : N/A Expense’s reimbursement : All reasonable expenses reimbursed Other Benefits : Group insurance paid 50% by the employer Perks : Toys and other company products Functions : Contact prospects from the provided database. Identify new opportunities through targeted prospecting and cold calling. Present products persuasively and offer tailored solutions. Prepare and send commercial proposals. Participate in international trade shows and events (Germany, New York, Las Vegas). Analyze sales, track market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Coordinate orders, deliveries, and account management with internal teams. Ensure smooth communication with management, teams, and clients. Develop strategic partnerships to maximize distribution. Adapt sales channels to the specifics of local markets. Create impactful communication materials (brochures, website, digital content). Requirements : Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work autonomously while juggling multiple projects. A natural flair for business and negotiation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. A proactive, flexible attitude and a passion for brand development. Computer skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Hours: Occasional availability outside normal hours due to international clientele. Development vs Maintenance :100% vs 0% Road vs Office : 0% vs 100% Languages : English and French, spoken and written (fluency in other languages is a plus) Education : College studies Training : Internal training, but the candidate must be resourceful and independent. Overnight Travel : 2 to 4 international trips per year Years of experience : Minimum 2 years in sales, account management, or a similar role Other requirements : Experience in cold calling with a high volume of calls per day. Transferable contacts : Experience in import/export is a plus. Transferable Knowledge : Knowledge of AI is a plus.
