We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Toronto office and play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our market reach What You’ll Do Develop new business by identifying, engaging, and securing clients in need of staffing and outsourcing solutions. Manage client relationships by understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored solutions. Support sales efforts for our sister companies by identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding their client base. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Recruit, onboard, and manage talent to build a strong internal team and meet client staffing needs. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts, lead generation, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field. Strong leadership skills with experience in team-building and management. Results-driven with a solid track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work on-site, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement as the role develops. Proven ability to quickly adapt to and efficiently use Google Suite and other digital tools essential for business operations.
