Business Consultant, Adoption & Enablement Organization : Top Canadian Bank Contract Duration: 8-month contract, with likelihood of extension Location : Downtown Toronto On-site/hybrid/remote : Hybrid: 1-2 days per week on-site, typically Wednesdays, and every 3rd Friday of the month. Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant for our Adoption & Enablement team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and enablement of new tools and processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management and change management skills, with a strong focus on delivering value and driving adoption. Qualifications : Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to conduct gap analysis and incorporate feedback. Experience with tool implementation and user adoption. Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly investment tools. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional increased on-site presence. Key Responsibilities : Ensure projects are on track and deliverables are met. Identify and engage the right stakeholders to produce necessary materials (e.g., decks). Navigate the organization to find answers and resources. Familiarity with People Change Management (PCM) principles. Add value by understanding and improving existing processes. Position and prepare decks and other materials to support change initiatives. Conduct and analyze gap assessments. Gather and incorporate feedback to improve processes and tools. Support the implementation of a new investment tool for Imperial Service Advisors. Assist in the transition from the decommissioned Morning Star tool to the new system. Drive user adoption and ensure smooth transition. Work closely with the Digital team. Leverage expertise and success stories from team members like Anna in adoption and enablement. Build and support procedures. Develop and prepare decks and other documentation to facilitate adoption and enablement.
