We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Delivery Team within the Data, Delivery, and Integration group. This role is critical in supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects impacting the GTB business. You will act as a liaison between Business and Technology teams, providing advisory support and guidance to Product Management resources, stakeholders, and executives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of large-scale/complex projects. Document and write detailed requirements for product owners, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Interact daily with product owners, stakeholders, and team members, presenting requirements bi-weekly in standups/round tables. Manage a backlog of diverse customer requirements and requests, addressing complex client needs. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technology professionals to assess, document, and validate current state processes. Provide support and input to required documentation/deliverables, ensuring quality outputs and tracking progress. Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability back to business objectives. Qualifications: Superior written and verbal communication skills. Strong experience in Corporate Cash Management, Corporate Treasury, Transaction Banking, and Payments. Experience with SWIFT messaging is a must-have. Proven experience with formal requirements elicitation, analysis techniques, process design, reengineering, and implementation. Demonstrated experience with Confluence and JIRA. Strong technical skills for data/system analysis. Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and structure efficient stakeholder meetings. Ability to analyze complex issues from multiple perspectives and provide strategic recommendations. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task effectively and independently within a fast-paced environment. Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels and navigating ambiguity. A continuous improvement mindset.
