Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Digital Transformation (AEM) Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Systems Analyst to support our Global Acceleration Team. This team focuses on identifying opportunities for digital transformation and evolution within the organization, specifically supporting the migration of digital properties from Adobe Managed Services to the cloud platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth transition of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) from on-premises to AEM Cloud, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for programmers and developers. Business Function Knowledge: Utilize a strong understanding of business functions to identify and resolve issues, improving overall business processes. Complex Business Process Support: Support one or more highly complex business processes, ensuring seamless operations. Cross-Project Coordination: Contribute to multiple projects as a team member, working towards meeting project goals and deadlines. Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring technical solutions meet user needs effectively. Data Analysis: Aggregate, analyze, and organize large volumes of data, deriving actionable insights that inform decision-making. Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Ongoing Support & Enhancements: Provide continuous support for existing systems and processes, making improvements as necessary. Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure data integrity and adherence to corporate data governance policies. Project Management Support: Assist with project management tasks, including tracking timelines, resources, and deliverables. Candidate Requirements: 5-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the financial services industry. Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , particularly with migration from on-premises to AEM Cloud . Experience working with Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA . Proficient in writing user stories and managing workflows in Agile environments. Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Expertise in solving complex technical issues and processes while maintaining high attention to detail. A proactive approach to improving operational efficiency and providing high-quality technical solutions. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to analyze complex situations, conduct research, and develop innovative solutions. Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience working in a highly matrixed organization is a plus. Education & Certifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field is required. Relevant certifications such as IIBA or CBAP are advantageous.
