You will serve as the quarterback of the brand, driving cross-functional collaboration, agency collaboration and ensuring a seamless and impactful customer experience across all marketing touchpoints. Your efforts will ensure that every individual—whether a customer, franchisee, or team member—feels heard, valued, and understood. In this role, you’ll be inspired to make a meaningful impact not only within marketing channels but across all cross-functional teams. You will lead and support local store marketing efforts, ensuring strategies resonate with the community and boost engagement. You’ll also play a key role in the successful launch of new stores, equipping them with the necessary tools and marketing strategies for success. If you’re passionate about making a difference, driving impact, are a team play and inspired by the potential opportunity to join a winning team plus franchisee community, Domino’s Pizza of Canada could be the perfect fit for you Responsibilities Team Management Lead and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager on all responsibilities to support brand goals Strategic Brand Presence With a keen eye on how creative assets can deliver business impact, steward creative support teams to drive business results and help narrative the brand message across the customer journey for all campaigns big and small Integrated Marketing Campaigns Support the Marketing leadership team across TV and Digital media Work with various partner agencies to lead the brand’s approach to Print, PR, Influencers, and other media as directed Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Operations, Training, Product Development, and Insights to launch new products. Collaborate with team to aid in seeking opportunities to continue to enrich the lives of Canadians with quality and value product/offerings Franchisee Relations Build relationships with franchisees to strengthen marketing program execution Partnerships Support external partnerships and activations; be in sponsorship or third party aggregators Community Integration Responsible to support franchisees with all local store marketing efforts supporting from ideas, best practices, and new locations. Ongoing support to the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing as the business continues to evolve.
