We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a BI Analyst in Toronto, Ontario. This role is within the industry and will require a hybrid work arrangement with potential for remote work as needed. The job function will primarily involve leveraging AI, Excel, Co-Pilot, and Automation tools to adapt to changes in organizational data inputs. Responsibilities • Utilize Alteryx and Python for data analysis and database management, ideally with a background in working with Salesforce CRM data teams. • Engage in A/B testing and utilize backup technologies to ensure data integrity and security. • Create interactive dashboards to present data findings and insights. • Apply strong business intelligence (BI) strategies to support sales operations. • Work proficiently with Excel to manage and analyze data. • Understand sales deployment strategies and provide data-driven insights to support these strategies. • Maintain and manage DB2 Database and Microsoft technologies. • Collaborate with teams to understand changes in the organization leading to modifications in data inputs in the backend. • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customer credit applications and records. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on data analysis. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or similar • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Familiarity with Database Object and Database System • Experience with DB2 Database • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products • Experience with AB Testing methodology • Understanding of Backup Technologies • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools • Ability to create interactive dashboards • Strong skills in Data Analysis • Experience with the Alteryx data analysis tool • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
