We are recruiting for an in-office Account executive role. 4 days in the office 1 WFH day. Location Don Mills Toronto area. Selling large, long sales cycle programs with multiple key decision makers. This role is 80K base plus 40K bonus plus commission with a first-year OTE of 180K. Uncapped but most deals will take 6-9 months to complete, hence the bonus based on KPIs. Key responsibilities and skills: Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outcomes Comfortable solving problems autonomously within set guidelines and parameters Strong business acumen and analytical skills Building relationships with customer champions and sponsors across numerous diverse industries An appreciation for well-established guidelines and procedures related to technical and quality standards Friendly, lively and persuasive presentation style and skills Must be able to make up to 70 cold calls per day when building your pipeline. The role: Hunting for enterprise-level net new opportunities and executing on win back strategies Guiding opportunities through a sophisticated customer-centric sales process Sales cycle management including prospecting, qualifying, demos and building a business case Coordinating input from internal subject matter experts to help build the optimal solution for each opportunity Effectively explaining the complexities of a solution in easy-to-understand terms The ability to plan, prioritize and work independently and collaboratively on multiple opportunities Close working relationship with your sales leader and senior management Open flowing communication Communicate with executives of large companies
