We are searching for a very senior iPhone Specialist that has the ability to support our client’s Board of Directors and Executive Team, as well as a group of 1000 employees. Very strong on iPhone functionality and features – hardware and software. Additional experience with laptops will be great Strong expertise in supporting a large groups of employees (at least 1000) Strong expertise in supporting the needs of senior leaders – SLT, CEO, Board Directors Strong expertise with technical and security policies related to devices Strong experience with managing phones remotely with the right toolsets (Eg: Intune, etc.) Strong experience with working in a larger team and aligning to processes & technologies. Experience with evolving the support models on phones – fully managed, BYOD, etc. Has the EQ and the soft skills to manage the work, messaging and outcomes for senior leaders. Has positive, proactive and bold / innovative ideas on evolving current state Has strong communication skills Additional Details: This is a 6 month contract Hybrid work environment – in-office (Yonge and Sheppard) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
