Senior Salesforce Developer – 1-Year Contract | Brampton, ON (Hybrid) About the Role: Our client, a leading public sector agency, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer/Programmer for a 1-year contract . This role requires expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, customization, and integration , with a strong focus on Public Sector Foundation (PSF) / OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and API integrations . Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions in line with best practices. • Develop and customize components using OmniStudio (OmniScript, Data Raptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures) and Apex programming . • Ensure seamless data migration, API integrations, and release management within Salesforce environments. • Implement data security, access controls, and compliance measures . • Work within an Agile Scrum framework , delivering high-quality solutions in iterative sprints. • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and create detailed technical documentation . • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions . Qualifications & Experience: • 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce design, development, and system integration . • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and Salesforce managed packages . • Strong experience with Public Sector Foundation (PSF) / OmniStudio . • Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governance best practices . • Experience in sandbox management, deployment strategies, and change management . • Proven ability to work in an Agile environment , collaborating with diverse teams.
