Title: Customer Service Representative Full-time: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Part-time: Minimum of 3 days, Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Compensation: $600.00 – $2000.00 per week At Gem Marketing, we work exclusively with various non-profits to expand their donor base through face-to-face fundraising. We believe in an overly-saturated age of digital marketing, face-to-face marketing allows us the chance to connect one-on-one with donors and build a genuine connection that allows charities to grow their relationships and increase their area of impact. We are looking for candidates to be able to bring in new perspectives and innovate ideas to maximize our impact in the world of fundraising. What that means is someone who is willing to meet and develop new relationships with potential donors while upholding the values of any given client. Responsibilities As a customer service representative, your responsibilities include: Engage with and build relationships with potential donors. Represent and conduct face-to-face campaigns. Spreading awareness and handling any concerns or questions on behalf of the charities. Providing product knowledge. Qualifications 1 – 2 years of customer service experience. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Excellent problem-solving skills. Must be able to work the from 12 PM to 8 PM. High School Diploma. What’s in it for you?
