Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Toronto. In this key role, you will manage our digital footprint, website, promotions, support our sales team and champion key industry trade shows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website design, digital platform management, aptitude for promotions and exceptional communication skills. The successful applicant must also be eligible for Security Clearance. Position Overview As a Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director. Your primary responsibility will be website design, CRM management, lead generation, promotional materials (Line Cards, Brochures, Advertisements), and trade show logistics. Key Responsibilities Website Design & Management: Continue to develop and shape our website to increase our digital exposure as well as look at new opportunities to bring new applications and features to our current design. CRM Management: Maintain our existing CRM in an effort to support our Canadian Sales Team, making improvements to our system and working to streamline the processes. Explore New Markets: Actively pursue new marketing and promotional opportunities within the industries we represent. Sales Strategy: Help develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth. Industry Event Coordination: Trade show booth design, layouts, literature, logistics and management of all aspects of industry events. Budget Management: Prepare annual marketing budgets, effectively managing spending on key promotional and digital metrics. Promotional Materials: Identify new opportunities, swag, promotional items and materials to raise brand awareness. This position is based out of our Toronto office but could be considered to work remotely for the proper candidate. Occasional travel to head office and various trade shows across Canada is required. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar marketing and web design role. Experience working within multiple industries is an asset. Defense industry experience is a major asset. Knowledge of digital platforms and previous CRM management is preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Bilingual (English/ French) is an asset. Must be eligible for Security Clearance.
