Job Description: Must Have Skills: 3 years of Product Management experience in Ads, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence Data Analysis/Business Intelligence experience (Tableau & Amplitude) Ability to use data to drive solutions and action items Ad tech experience from a product company or a technical standpoint Advertising experience: either “regular” ad tech (walled garden like Amazon Advertising, Walmart Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Advertising, etc.) or programmatic ads (like Quantcast, The Trade Desk, etc.) or even retail media networks (Havas, IPG, Dentsu, etc) Having seller-side experience, such as campaign reporting and management in Ads Preferred to Have: Knowing SQL is a huge plus Experience with programmatic advertising, attribution modeling, or campaign performance reporting Exposure to AI/ML-driven product development Knowledge of magic that goes into ensuring a successful e-commerce platform BS/MS in a technical field Responsibilities: Support the Ads team regarding opportunities for Sellers and help buyers find what they need as conveniently as possible. The role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the reporting capabilities to ensure advertisers have the insights/data they need. Own key components of the Ads reporting product area. Manage multiple initiatives and can shift gears as needed with high stakeholders Collaborate with different technical skill levels and collaborate using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ensure Ads reporting tools are clear, actionable, and accurate Work closely with a Senior Product Manager Using data to make inferences to drive business decisions Scope of Project: They want to see how their ad tools and campaigns are performing, therefore, this TPM will be responsible for reporting performance.
