In this role, you will connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. You’ll deliver engaging product presentations, cultivate long-term relationships, and work both independently and collaboratively to achieve and exceed sales targets. What You’ll Be Doing: Sales & Client Engagement Connect with prospective customers face-to-face in residential environments. Deliver persuasive product and service presentations to spark interest and close sales. Track and report on your daily sales progress. Business Development & Training Master proven sales strategies to elevate your performance. Participate in daily team meetings to set goals, share strategies, and review progress. Receive personalized coaching and mentorship from experienced leaders to develop your sales and leadership skills. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to refine strategies and contribute to the company’s success. If you’re someone who thrives on competition, new challenges, and learning, we want to hear from you What You Need: 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing. Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong connections. A high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus). A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a natural desire to exceed targets. Adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment, adjusting strategies as needed.
