i3 International Inc. provides innovative and flexible video security solutions designed to help our clients earn recurring monthly revenue to improve their bottom-line, while enforcing compliance and mitigating risks and losses. i3 transforms a traditional CCTV system into a complete asset protection/loss prevention, safety management team with tools catering to reducing waste, minimizing liabilities and lowering costs. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Account Manager to grow and expand sales with our channel/partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our company’s designated channel revenue and managed service offering. This position is an in-office position with remote work only available during travel to and from client appointments and meetings. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, sales operations, training and team development, knowledge about marketing, brand development, recruiting and execution of sales/marketing strategy in recurring revenue model. Overall responsibilities include developing marketing strategies and growing partner revenue. · I3’s front line ambassadors; acts as a liaison between i3 and the partner · Build brand awareness. · Create a sense of engagement & connection. · Maintain and manage long term relationships with current and prospective partners. · Channel account managers play a pivotal role in the revenue growth of partners. Duties include: · Partner problem solvers: make sure things get done within i3 on behalf of the partners. They serve as the key point of contact for partners, marshalling i3’s sales and technical resources to help them grow. · Work with partners to develop go-to-market strategies. · Execute demand generation activities such as email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, customer events and webinars. · Establish business goals and performance metrics such as pipeline growth and revenue generation. · Push and guide partner toward a monthly recurring revenue model. · Develop and deliver sales and technical training plans. · Communicate new product introduction, product updates and pricing changes. · Marshall i3 resources to solve product issues, shipping issues and billing issues. · Dig deep into i3 processes; recommend and implement improvements for the betterment of partner relationships. · Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with select strategic partners. · Assist in the recruitment of new partners. · Execute i3 overall channel strategy. Qualifications: · Minimum college diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. · Multi-lingual (French and English) would be an asset · Previous experience in channel markets, physical security and/or US channels is preferred. · Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably in a B2B environment and SaaS market. · Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets, with a focus on driving sales growth. · Strong technical knowledge of HW, SW and cloud computing and how they can be applied in the vertical markets which i3 supports · Strong understanding of national accounts management and the ability to nurture and expand existing customer relationships. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. · Proficient with Excel, Power Point, Sale Force, Power BI or similar sales tools. · Willingness to travel (in Canada and USA) as needed to meet with national account clients and attend industry events Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary plus commissions.
