Job Title: Head of Growth Work Type: Full Time – (Remote/Hybrid) Location: Toronto, ON Salary Range: 120K – 125K About the Company: We’re recruiting a Head of Growth for a fast-growing DTC fitness startup that’s redefining how people train at home. This is a pivotal hire — the company’s first dedicated growth leader — and an opportunity to own the entire growth function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to build and scale a high-performing growth engine across performance marketing, retention, lifecycle, CRO, and more. The team is rapidly scaling. They deliver best-in-class fitness gear, experience, and customer service to a passionate and growing community of athletes, home gym owners, and performance-driven individuals. Their catalog features over 100 of the world’s top fitness brands, and they’re building a category-defining DTC brand for people who care about quality, performance, and training at the highest level. As their Head of Growth, you will be leading their full-funnel marketing efforts, scale revenue, and improve retention. Responsibilities: Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more Build & optimize campaigns through A/B testing (ads, emails, landing pages, offers) Manage lifecycle & retention marketing (email/SMS via Klaviyo) Drive CRO & UX improvements for higher conversions Own analytics & reporting (Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo) Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative, testing, and analytics Support the launch & growth of Orion, our new in-house strength equipment brand Qualifications: 3-5 years in growth/performance marketing (eCommerce or DTC preferred) Experience managing $100K per month in ad spend Strong background in ads, email marketing, CRO, and funnel optimization Hands-on experience with UGC, video, and performance creatives Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4 Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results Nice to Haves: Experience launching a new product or brand SEO or organic content expertise Smart use of AI tools for creative testing & optimization If this sounds like you then please apply Please note – only qualified applicants will be contacted.
