Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound sales inquiries , convert leads into clients, and sell our app and services to property owners, leasing agents, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a mix of in-office work and on-the-road client meetings. You’ll work closely with leasing agents to match properties with the needs of our qualified tenants and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Sales: Handle all inbound sales inquiries, convert leads into clients, and sell our app and services. Client Meetings: Meet with potential clients on the road to build relationships, demonstrate the app, and close deals. Collaboration: Work closely with leasing agents to identify properties that meet the needs of our qualified tenants. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets to unlock significant bonuses and maximize earning potential. Business Growth: Focus on closing deals in tenant placement, property management, and maintenance services to bring in as much business as possible. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (tech sales or real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Comfortable handling inbound sales inquiries and converting leads into clients. Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
