The Controller is a key financial leader responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, project costing, cash flow management, and compliance. This key person will work closely with the Director of Finance, Project Managers, Department Managers to ensure financial stability, profitability and regulatory compliance in a highly dynamic and project-driven industr y. You’ll be the calm in the cash flow storm, the budget whisperer, and the go-to guru for job costing, forecasting, payroll, and mo re.You’ll work closely with our Director of Finance (who’s actually pretty cool), a team of awesome project managers (with excellent donut game), and department leaders to make sure our financial engine hums like a freshly tuned excavat or.
