Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong technical background and a passion for driving growth? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Canada to join our team and take charge of expanding our presence across key markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow our existing dealer network across Canada. Identify and develop new business opportunities in key markets, including school bus, fire truck, transit, over-the-road trucks, ambulance, and more. Travel up to 70% of the time to engage with dealers, customers, and prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end-users to drive sales growth. Provide technical sales support and product training to dealers and customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM. Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to support business objectives. Participates in trade shows as requested. Qualifications & Requirements: 5–10 years of industry experience in sales, business development, or dealer management. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain product specifications. Experience working with fleet customers, OEMs, or upfitters in relevant industries. Proven ability to prospect and develop new business while maintaining existing accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently from a home-based office. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking and reporting sales activities.
